The name on your KTP must match the name provided during account registration exactly. Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 100,000). The maximum daily withdrawal limit is one hundred million Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 100,000,000), though higher limits may be available for VIP members. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
During Indonesian banking hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 16:00 Western Indonesia Time), most withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are completed within five to fifteen (5-15) minutes. E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, and GoPay are typically instant during business hours. Outside banking hours and on weekends, processing may take two to four (2-4) hours once banks reopen. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payment Processing Notice: Deposits and withdrawals are subject to the processing times and policies of your chosen financial institution. While toto21 processes requests promptly, we cannot control external banking systems or guarantee specific completion times.

If your account is closed due to breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited and toto21 may pursue recovery of any losses or damages incurred.
You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance after deducting applicable fees or charges will be returned to you following completion of any pending wagering requirements. Closed accounts cannot be reopened without express permission from toto21 management.
All content on the toto21 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and trademarks, is the property of toto21 or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, or exploit any content without express written permission.
The toto21 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of toto21. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, toto21 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of toto21 services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
toto21 provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
